Nina L. RifkindNina L. Rifkind is Of Counsel to McCulley McCluer's Oxford office.
She is an experienced litigator with a diverse practice that has included general commercial litigation, securities, antitrust, and insurance defense. She also has extensive experience in handling post-conviction matters.
Ms. Rifkind received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from New York University. She practiced as an associate with Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett's New York and Los Angeles offices until relocating to Oxford. She also served as President of the Legal Aid Society of New York's Associates Campaign.
Ms. Rifkind is not admitted to practice law in South Carolina.
