McCulley McCluer served as counsel for the direct purchaser class in this antitrust class action seeking overcharges for a price-fixing conspiracy among manfuacturers of aftermarket automotive lighting products.  The case was litigated in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  The Depo-Sabry Lee Defendants paid $25,450,000.  The Eagle Eyes Defendants paid $3,000,000.  The TYC Defendants paid $25 million in cash and product credits.
