McCulley McCluer Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in First Bag Fee Antitrust Litigation

McCulley McCluer PLLC was appointed to serve as Plaintiffs' interim Co-Lead Counsel along with Kotchen & Low LLP, Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman LLC and Conley Griggs LLP in a class action filed against Delta Airlines and AirTran Airways in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.  The antitrust suit alleges that the carriers colluded to charge fliers a $15 first bag fee.  In selecting interim Co-Lead counsel from among a number of competing national law firms to lead the litigation, the Court found that McCulley McCluer and its co-counsel  "have extensive antitrust and class action experience, and have abundant resources to effectively litigate this action."
